To be effective, your notice must be in writing and include:

Counter-notice and repeat infringers

Counter-notice. If you believe material of yours was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to the copyright contact including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed due to mistake or misidentification; your name, address, telephone number, and email address; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas (Austin Division) (where TTC may be found); and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or that person's agent. Unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days, the removed material may be restored within 10 to 14 business days.

Repeat infringers. In appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Open-source and third-party content

Taskami is built with open-source software, including React Native, Expo, Firebase SDKs, and other libraries used under their respective licenses (such as MIT and Apache 2.0). The Fredoka and Nunito typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License. Those licenses apply only to those components, not to Taskami's own content. The full list of components and their license notices is available in the app under the Open-source licenses screen.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content in Taskami infringes your rights, or you have found Taskami's content being misused, contact info@toned-tech.com with details and we will look into it promptly.
