Many of the people who use Taskami have ADHD. Many don't. It's for anyone who knows exactly what to do and still can't start. Taskami is a companion app, not a medical device or treatment, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.

Every new install gets 3 days with everything unlocked, starting the first time you open the app. There's no card and no store subscription involved, so there's nothing to cancel. When it ends, Taskami switches to the free version.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, so cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your data does not cancel a subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Nothing bad. Your companion never gets sick, angry or disappointed. It just gets a bit sleepy and saves your spot. Missing a day doesn't cost you anything.

Yes. On the new phone, tap I've been here before on the welcome screen and use the email you gave us during setup. If you subscribed, also tap Restore subscription on the subscription screen.

Yes. You can start tasks without a connection, and your progress syncs when you're back online.

In Taskami, open Settings, then Support & data, and tap Delete my account and data. It's immediate, on your device and on our servers. You can also read the details or ask us to do it.

Yes: r/EveryStartCounts on Reddit, a kind place for anyone who struggles to get started. You don't need the app to join.
